Called to order one and was told since the tree was out of warrantee, I could not purchase a master bulb. Told to go to Home Depot - they have nothing in inventory that resembles a "master bulb." Since then I have in vain to replace the bulbs on the tree and purchase them from you so they be exact replacement of the originals.
